Alongside the payroll details of staff, ResourceCentral HR software also allows you to hold and create reports on personal, contact, doctor, bank, next of kin and holiday/absence details. - Manager and employee self-service
You can choose to allow staff to view and amend the above details, and also allow management to view, update and approve amendments and requests for holiday and absence. Staff can view annual leave information online and when online holiday requests are made, an automatic notification email is sent to their manager for approval. Sickness notification is also carried out online, with information completed by staff including sickness reason, category, certification, period and return to work interview date.
