AnalogueTachograph Analysis

The analogue tachograph records driving information via three styluses that cut traces into a circular, wax coated chart, or tacho.

These marks act as a record for speed, distance travelled and any other working activity all of which we can report and carry out analysis on.

The analogue tachograph chart also contains areas for manual entries, measuring activities such as daily working period, rest periods and work done outside of the vehicle.

How Do I Manage my Analogue Tachograph?

All commercial drivers need to operate their analogue tachograph accurately to completely record all your activities;

  • Make sure the tachograph is correctly calibrated before you operate it.
  • Carry enough charts for any journeys including spares.
  • Enter details in the centrefield area of the chart when you first use it.

All analogue tachograph charts have space for drivers to manually record mandatory additional information about changes of vehicle, analogue tachographs can be scanned or posted from your depot's and we can do the rest, analysis, data entry and reporting.
