Do Employers Pay Pension Contributions for Furloughed Staff?

Summary
Workplace pension duties apply whether your staff are working or being furloughed as part of the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme. However, since the beginning of August you must pay the pension contributions and National Insurance contributions for your furloughed staff.
