Do Sleep in Shifts Get Minimum Wage?

Summary
The Supreme Court has ruled that sleep-in shifts do not count for minimum wage. The ruling states that employers were not previously breaking National Minimum Wage regulations when paying less than minimum wage for sleep-in shifts.
