Moorepay Limited and Moorepay Compliance Limited (collectively “Moorepay”) may use certain sub-processors (as defined by UK data protection legislation) to support an effective delivery of our services to you. Such sub-processors may have access to certain personal information and this page aims to provide you with key information surrounding the identity, location and role of each sub-processor.
Moorepay will look to update this page as appropriate and inform any customers who have subscribed to this page via email of any change which may affect data processing. We would also encourage you to actively monitor this page.
The below list is separated by service offering. However, please note that it is not exhaustive and if you are receiving any bespoke services there may well be other sub-processors to consider. Moorepay will notify you of this in your underlying contract.
