01. Moorepay is a registered data user under the Data Protection Act 2018. We will not make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes other than for the marketing of Moorepay branded products and services. By submitting this questionnaire you agree to our terms and conditions as detailed below.

02. The prize consists of a £500 Amazon voucher.

03. The prize draw is open to all who have have completed the Annual Payroll Provider Survey 2023.

04. Entries into the draw are limited to one per person and no entries are permitted by Moorepay staff, on behalf of Moorepay staff, or from other third parties.

05. To enter the prize draw, simply complete the survey and submit your details.

06. All entries must be received by 5pm on 15 October 2023. The prize draw will be held 30 October 2023.

07. The draw will be supervised by an independent person. The winner will be drawn at random from all entrants who have submitted completed surveys which have been received in accordance with (6) above.

08. The winner will be notified on the email address supplied when submitting the survey. The prize will be delivered to an address detailed by the winner in ensuing correspondence, which must be within the United Kingdom.

09. In entering into this prize draw you agree that we may name your company for the purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in relation to this prize draw and without additional compensation.

10. The prize must be accepted as offered and there are no alternatives. The decision of Moorepay is final and no correspondence or negotiation will be entered into in relation to the outcome of the prize draw. Moorepay accepts no responsibility for entries which are incomplete, delayed, damaged, not received or wrongly delivered for any reason whatsoever.

11. Moorepay reserves its right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value in the event of product unavailability issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. In entering into this prize draw you agree that we may contact you in response to any of the information provided in the survey.
