“I’ve been here since I graduated University in 2002! I started as a graduate trainee and was given lots of opportunities to progress. Now, I’m responsible for a department of 18 people. There’s been a lot of structure to support me through my progression. I’ve felt a good amount of stretch, but never been out of my depth. And there’s more opportunity as Moorepay grows, so there’s a lot to look forward to.” Andrew Weir joined Moorepay as a Graduate Trainee in 2002.
“I get a lot of flexibility at Moorepay which is really important to me. I’m able to manage my time – when I start and finish – and I can work remotely. Which is really helpful when managing personal commitments. I also like how supportive my team is. Health and safety is a huge subject, you might be strong in one aspect, but you can’t know every area. There is great emphasis on teamwork here, we always find the time to work together and help each other out.” Edwin Esevohare joined Moorepay in 2015.
"My career here has progressed rapidly since I joined Moorepay! I started in the Sales team and eventually moved over to the HR Admin team. I quickly progressed again and joined the training team, supporting clients with how to use our HR software. More recently, I received my CIPD qualification – which Moorepay sponsored. I’ve now progressed yet again, into a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant Role. I’m really excited about my future at Moorepay." Sophie Bennion joined Moorepay in 2013 as a Sales Administrator.
