Alex joins Moorepay with over ten years’ experience in UK payroll software. He’s spent his career leading teams to build and improve the tools payroll professionals rely on every day to pay millions of employees.

What motivates Alex most is making payroll simpler. He loves taking processes that are fiddly, time-consuming, or confusing and finding ways technology can make them faster, clearer, and easier for the people running payroll under real-life pay-day pressure. He believes great payroll software should feel intuitive, reliable, and designed around the way people actually work.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys travelling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
