Fabiano is Head of Product Marketing at Moorepay, where he shapes go-to-market strategies and proposition launches that align customer needs with innovative HR and payroll solutions. He joined Moorepay in 2025 after leading product marketing initiatives at Employment Hero and Sage, driving growth and adoption of SaaS platforms.

Fabiano’s passion for marketing and business strategy began at Durham University, where he earned a master’s degree with distinction. Over the past decade, he has been relentless in finding ways to deliver real value for customers and businesses.

Outside of work, Fabiano enjoys staying active, traveling the world, and experimenting with his own unique creations of homemade ice cream. He also loves catching up with family in Brazil and hosting game nights with friends over charcuterie and wine.
