Ian Cory

Ian has been working at Moorepay since July 2007, as part of our large payroll team in Farnborough.

Ian supports Moorepay’s Managed and Bureau clients with a wide range of payroll queries from scheduling, tax, NI and Apprenticeship Levy calculations, Employers Allowance, the RTI process, and manual calculations. Ian also supports our customers with Moorepay’s payroll and HR software.

His favourite aspect of the job is providing a great customer experience. He particularly enjoys dealing with clients who are new to payroll – he works hard to ‘demystify’ payroll and helps them feel less intimidated by the subject.

Outside of work Ian enjoys watching football – his home team being Plymouth Argyle. He also enjoys walking and watching films, and loves anything directed by Michael Powell or Stanley Kubrick, or starring Orson Welles or Lee Marvin.
