Lisa Gillespie
Lisa is responsible for running all HR services activity within Moorepay, comprising our Health & Safety, HR & Employment Law, tribunal & consultancy and HR administration teams, our indemnity insurance product and software.
Lisa has 20+ years’ experience gained across a number of industries including energy, financial services, health and social care, retail, media and hospitality, and complements her professional expertise through continuous learning. Qualified in PRINCE 2 project management, counselling, and creative writing, Lisa is currently studying to become an NLP Practitioner and Coach in support of her occasional work as a leadership coach to external organisations.
A keen motorcyclist, cyclist and VW campervanner, much of Lisa’s free time is spent touring and travelling.
