Louise Ankers

Louise is responsible for the product life-cycle within Moorepay for the HCM products, and heads up the Product Management team of Product Managers and Scrum Masters. She is responsible for the HCM product roadmap, HCM future product strategy, ideation and discovery of new requirements and product delivery.

Louise has over 15 years experience in software development and has worked previously, amongst others, at Sage and Keyloop, in a range of roles through software support, consultancy and Product Management. As a committed Agile and Scrum evangelist, Louise is a qualified Professional Scrum Product Owner and enjoys coaching others on the benefit, adoption and implementation of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Louise is very involved in local politics outside of work, and enjoys as well fitness and holidays abroad.
