The issue receiving OTP codes via email has now been resolved, apart from an intermittent issue with BTInternet emails.

We’re still experiencing issues with SMS authentication, please contact your administrator for support with this.

Single Sign-On

If you’re an Administrator and haven’t already implemented the Single Sign-On changes, please take action now. Reach out to your dedicated Moorepay Support team if you require assistance.

MOOREPAY UPCOMING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

3 August 9am – 3pm

As part of our planned and routine maintenance, we will be performing some essential updates to our infrastructure.
These maintenance updates will take place on Saturday 3 August between 9am and 3pm.

While these updates are happening you will be unable to access your Moorepayhr applications. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
