    Michelle is an experienced HR Services Director, leading a team delivering outsourced HR advice, advocacy, consultancy.

    She has 20 years’ experience in operational and strategic HR with a strong business partnering background and understanding of the current challenges faced by senior HR leaders.

    Michelle is responsible for running all HR services activities within Moorepay, including HR, Employment Law and our Consultancy Service and is committed to driving value-added HR to SMBs in the UK, focused on people, potential and wellbeing.

    Senior Employment Law Manager

     

    Laura is an experienced Senior Employment Law Manager supporting organisations across a wide range of sectors and industries.

    She has over 20 years’ HR experience and is fully CIPD qualified to Level 7, with a background spanning the full spectrum of HR activity in fast-paced environments.

    Laura is responsible for providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice, helping organisations navigate complex employment challenges with a supportive and adaptable approach.

  • Patrick Cunningham

    Head of HR Operations

     

    Patrick is an experienced HR leader supporting organisations across the legal, education and charitable sectors.

    He has over 15 years’ experience in HR generalist and operational business unit management, specialising in leadership development, organisational design and employment law.

    Patrick is responsible for leading our operational HR Services teams with extensive experience in delivering organisational restructures and large-scale IT and commercial implementations, and is passionate about fostering inclusive, people-first workplaces.
