Both CIPD and legally qualified, Carl undertakes all types of employment advice, from discipline, to poor performance, and the appropriate procedures to be followed. He also regularly presents seminars on a wide range of employment law issues.

Karis is CIM qualified, and keeps our our audience up-to-date with payroll and HR news and best practice through our digital channels, including the website.
