The Moorepay Managed Plus Payroll solution ensures your business is legislatively compliant, and is ideally suited to businesses who want the peace of mind that comes from knowing their employees will be paid correctly and on time.
With the Moorepay Managed Plus Payroll solution you simply send Moorepay your data via pre-agreed forms we will manage the data validation, calculation, processing, printing, distribution and reporting of your payroll, plus:
- All Moorepay payroll solutions are HMRC compliant and provide BACs payment processing
- You have online access to the simple and easy to use Moorepayhr interface to enter your data
- Your dedicated payroll specialist will be on hand to deal with any queries and oversee the end-to-end process
How the Managed Plus Payroll solution works
|Step 1||Setup||Moorepay will setup your payroll solution, based on the information you provide. We will also set up new pay calendars for the year.|
|Step 2||Data input||You will submit your data via pre-agreed forms, allowing you to easily submit timesheets, expenses, starters, leavers and statutory payroll data. Moorepay will sensibility check the payroll reconciliation.|
|Once your payroll data has been submitted, Moorepay will calculate and validate your payroll, and once you approve Moorepay will then process the live run in line with HMRC and within the agreed timetable.|
|Step 4||Payment||Moorepay will issue BACs payment instructions for employee net payments, HMRC and third parties if opted for.|
|Step 5||HMRC submission||Moorepay will produce and submit Full Payment Submission (FPS) and Employer Payment Summary (EPS) to HMRC.|
|Step 6||Reporting||Moorepay will process payrun reports and bespoke reports making them available to view following the live run.|
|Step 7||Payslips||You can choose to have employee payslips made available electronically via self-service or printed and posted.|
|Step 8||Statutory documentation||Moorepay will produce the following statutory documents for your employees: P45, SSP1, SMP1, OSPP1 and SAP1|
|Step 9||End of Year||Moorepay will complete and submit Full Payment Submission (FPS) and Employer Payment Summary (EPS) (EOY version) to HMRC, produce employee e-P60s and produce draft P11Ds if required. During the end of year process Moorepay will prepare your new tax year calendar incorporating new legislation.|
|Step 10||Support||Moorepay will provide dedicated UK-based payroll support to assist you using the Moorepayhr solution and answer any payroll-related queries.|
You will be allocated a dedicated payroll specialist who will be your account manager. The payroll specialists are seasoned and experienced Payroll professionals within in-depth knowledge of the Moorepayhr solution and complete in-depth training and CIPP certification.
Data Security & Protection
You are safe in the knowledge that your payroll data is stored in a purpose-built data centre which is owned and operated by IBM. The primary data centre is located in Greenford in the UK with a secondary DR data centre in London. The protection of data sent to and from the Moorepayhr services is achieved through a 256Bit SSL Certificate using the HTTPS protocol.
With data security being a number one priority, Moorepay undertakes a number of independant third party security audits to ensure our processes, systems and infrastructure is as secure and robust as possible.

Auto Enrolment Ready
Your bureau payroll solution is auto enrolment ready to ensure you meet your legal obligations and set up for you to view your reports and information.
We will set up the pension scheme in the Moorepay software, assess the workforce, enrol eligible employees into the scheme, process opt-ins/opt-outs, provide default contributions, calculate employer and employee pension contributions, create a standard suite of auto enrolment reports and create a generic interface file for your pension provider.

Our onboarding and implementation process has been designed in five phases – Welcome; Setup; Training; 1st Run; and Complete. Customers receive communication at each phase with details on the actions required in each step. This process is designed to make the transition to Moorepay pain-free and as easy as possible.
