Dave Kirby

Dave joined the Moorepay team as Director of Professional Services in July 2023, with responsibility for the implementation of new clients as well as professional services in support of existing clients.

As an operational leader Dave brings 20 years of experience in Implementation and Professional Services within FinTech and Human Capital Management, in driving growth and accelerating customers’ time-to-value across a diverse and complex portfolio within retail, hospitality, logistics, financial services, utilities and the telecoms sectors.

Before Moorepay, Dave held the position of VP Global Operations at Wagestream where he designed and executed a global delivery model to support the huge demand for financial wellbeing for frontline workers.  Prior to Wagestream, Dave worked at ADP in London as Implementation Director for UK & Ireland and then moved to Barcelona to lead ADP’s Streamline Celergo Global Implementations team.

Outside of work Dave generally enjoys being outside, during the rugby season he’ll be found coaching the local U12s team (come rain or shine) and out of season you’ll find him riding his bike around the Cotswolds or on occasionally on a padel court.
