Jason Dowzell

Following the acquisition of Natural HR, Jason joined the team as Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Natural HR. Jason is a techie at heart and fell in love with computers over 40 years ago. He has worked in global technical organisations since 1999 and rose from a consultant, and within 5 years of starting the business was leading a team of 12. Covering the UK, Ireland, and Nordics for the largest product set in the company, Jason and his team were responsible for a target of $200m.

Jason co-founded Natural HR, and therefore has an understanding like no other on the technical side of the business. At Moorepay, as CTO, Jason is responsible for the integration of Natural HR’s software into Moorepay. Additionally, Jason will continue to develop Natural HR as it becomes a market leader.

Following the acquisition, Jason is looking forward to spending more time travelling with his family. Which includes wife and co-founder of Natural HR Sarah, their two boys, and cat.
