Sarah Dowzell

Sarah is the Chief Operating Officer, and co-founder of Natural HR. Sarah started her first business venture at 21 in the cleaning industry. As an employer at such a young age, Sarah learned quickly how much it takes to run a business. Discovering there was no suitable software that allowed small businesses to record timesheets, Sarah found an initial gap in the HR market. However, it was working within the industry a few years later that she identified the problems which led to the breakthrough with Natural HR. The business was using different system for Performance Management and Excel for total reward statements, and it became apparent that there was a need for an all-in-one software.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys yoga, pilates, swimming and food science. She has two boys, a cat and is married to husband Jason.
