Has the Health and Social Care Levy been cancelled?

Summary
On 22 September 2022 the former Chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng announced the 1.25% rise in NICs rates, that was implemented on 6 April 2022, would be reversed from 6 November 2022. In addition, the Health and Social Care Levy would be cancelled.
To give effect to these changes the Health and Social Care Levy (Repeal) Bill 2022-23 was introduced on the same day. The Health and Social Care Levy (Repeal) Act 2022 received Royal Assent on 25 October 2022.
