Ervisa joined the Moorepay Implementation team at the Swinton office in April 2019. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics (1st class) and master’s degree in International Accounting and Finance (Distinction). What’s more, her MSc was funded by a scholarship.
Ervisa is currently an HR Implementation Consultant and has more than 4 years of HR experience from two international companies. Her current role covers the full life cycle implementation of HR Software, HR Analytics, Employee Benefits and our Employee Assistance Programme. Her responsibilities include taking client requirements, system configuration, software implementation, providing training guides, and handling customer support requests.
The types of businesses she looks after ranges from 10 – 1000 employees, in varied industries across the UK. Her favourite part of the job is working with HR systems and learning about the new businesses she works with. She loves to help her clients and finds her role both challenging and exciting – no two days are the same.
Outside of work, Ervisa enjoys cleaning her house; she likes everything to be neat, tidy and organised – not a bad quality in a system implementation consultant! She also likes cooking, spending time with her friends and family, and a good, long walk.
Arun joined Moorepay in 2017 as a Payroll Customer Service Consultant. Since then, he has been promoted to Payroll Consultant in 2019 and Implementation Consultant in 2020.
In his free time, Arun loves going to the gym when possible, reading a variety of tech, analytical, spiritual and philosophical books, cooking for the family and spending time with his 3-year-old.
