About Community Property Care
Community Property Care was originally part of a leading property management company that was built around a simple promise to ‘Keep Customers Happy’ – whether they live in an apartment building or on a development of freehold houses with managed land.
Property Care now stands on its own to continue that tradition in partnership with managing agents, resident directors and housebuilders. It offers a mobile caretaking service, with a regular team going to each development weekly to take care of the buildings and grounds.
What we did for them
