What we did for them
National Windscreens have been valued customers for over 2 years. Currently, they use our HRIS, Managed Payroll and Analytics products.

The previous system before switching to Moorepay was antiquated and the two side of HR and payroll didn’t talk to each other. With Moorepay, Tracey, who is National Windscreen’s HR Admin and Payroll Officer, said: “the system is really easy, and if there’s a problem it will tell you straight away”.
Tracey feels that the Moorepay team are extremely supportive and helpful. Stating that “they are always at the end of the phone or email” to help with any queries. She goes on to say that the team respond very quickly and she “has never had an issue that took longer than an hour for the team to solve”.
Using our Analytics product not only means using the best in the industry for reporting, but also offers a wide range of reporting freedom as well as customisable dashboards. Previously, Tracey would have inputted all the details of every employee doing overtime, but with Moorepay, National Windscreens has one document they “can upload straight into the system and it calculates all the way through”.
